EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY  

  • Clothes4U strives to make every transaction on our website seamless. We ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards with great care.  
  • Given the nature of our products, we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution. Each return or exchange request is processed individually, and you are encouraged to contact our team for a swift resolution.  
  • If you wish to exchange your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours after package receipt newhatchassociates@gmail.com.  
  • Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the damaged product if you receive damaged goods or an item that does not match the one on your purchase confirmation. We will ensure that our customer service team responds to your inquiry in the most effective manner possible.  
  • After reviewing the incorrect delivery/quality/manufacturing problem, we will re-fulfill your purchase within a specified time limit with the same or a comparable product. If the product is out of stock or unavailable, a web-exclusive e-credit note will be sent.  
  • Please provide your order number, delivery address, a photograph of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Please confirm that the item is unworn and unused and that the original tags are still attached.    
     

REFUNDS (if applicable)  

Clothes4U processes refunds within 5-7 business days.  

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to advise you that we have received your returned item. Also, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your refund.  If you cancel this agreement, we will promptly refund all funds received from you, including delivery fees [only if your chosen method of delivery was standard shipping].  

If you are authorised, we will repay you using the same method of payment as you originally used, unless you have expressly agreed differently; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of this reimbursement.    
 

CANCELLATION  

We allow you to cancel or modify your order up to 48 hours after placing the order by contacting our phone at  +91 7975347294  or email us at newhatchassociates@gmail.com as long as the order has not already been shipped.
